Once the site analysis has been completed, recommendations are offered. The degree to which any security measures are employed can be adjusted as no two projects are alike.

Pride Security can enter at any phase of construction or operation of the facility and provide its services. Security consultants can work with the architects and building engineers to ensure that all recommended modifications are properly integrated into the construction to maximize the security personnel to provide the desired service to the client.

Our hands-on involvement in the assessment process ensures that the highest standards are achieved and that no risk or threat is overlooked.

LOSS PREVENTION
Theft, fraud and process errors create losses for all companies in every industry. Most companies manage these losses as a part of the cost of doing business and only address specific problems as they arise. Taking a proactive stance by identifying the root cause of losses and eliminating the opportunity for them to occur can be the quickest way for a company to improve its bottom line.

Pride Security’s comprehensive loss prevention programs often begin with a thorough overview of the client’s existing operations and systems, seeking vulnerabilities and an understanding of the true cause of losses as well as process errors that may contribute to inventory loss. A review of the entire supply chain identifies where companies are vulnerable to theft and fraud from their employees, customers and vendors.
Many of our clients engage us to act as their in-house security or loss prevention department on an outsourced or co-sourced basis. While we have significant qualifications and experience in the retail industry, we provide such services to companies in a variety of industries throughout Arizona.

PARKING MANAGEMENT/ENFORCEMENT
Parking lot management and enforcement requires special skills, experience, knowledge, and training. Here is a short list of Pride Security’s parking enforcement and management tasks:
Towing
Parking lot special tent events supervision
Preventing unlawful distribution of fliers and unwanted advertising
Identifying and eliminating safety and security hazards (gasoline leaks, flat tires, unsafe vehicles).

GATED COMMUNITIES
Client service, management accountability and thoroughly trained and well-supervised security guards are key to the success of the Pride Security community protection program.

STRICT SUPERVISION AND TRAINING OF SECURITY OFFICERS
Pride Security supervisors perform unannounced inspections at each location on an average of seven times per week. Inspections verify proper performance of duties, correct reporting procedures and professional appearance of the security officer. Rigorous training is conducted by Pride Security’s management staff and is administered in four stages: 1) in-office training for newly hired guards; 2) on-site training; 3) on-site monthly testing; and 4) unannounced on-site training, testing and inspections.

24-HOUR ACCESS TO MANAGEMENT
Access to any management member is available any time of the day or night. Urgent messages are responded to within 15 minutes. Pride Security philosophy is simple: If you are paying for services 24 hours daily, you should be able to reach Pride Security’s management 24 hours daily!

ASSET PROTECTION
Pride Security provides transportation of assets and/or valuables such as artwork, gems, jewelry, currency, or highly sensitive documents.
Your assets – people, customers, and property – are our concern.  We become strategic partners with our customers in an effort to provide the best and most comprehensive security services available.

Our focus on planning, training, quality and technology enables us to design, implement and execute security services specifically tailored to our clients’ needs.   

SECURITY GUARD & PATROL
Uniformed Officers conducting foot patrol are in direct communications with our supervisor on-duty.

Immediate intervention and notification of proper authorities during emergency situation.

Securing, locking and unlocking of the facilities and doors or gates as needed.

Private property parking control and enforcement, which included issuing parking citations and conducting tows.

During patrol services, our patrol officers are on site for duration of shift.  If a problem is encountered, the patrol officer will remain on site in order to resolve the problem. 

Following are some of the tasks completed by our guards:

Enforcement of trespassing, loitering and curfew violations.
Site searches for prowlers and suspicious activity.
Issuance of parking violation notices
Towing of vehicles

SCHOOL GUARDS
An employee in this class patrols the buildings and grounds in a school district to enforce school rules and ensure the safety of students, staff and visitors; and to prevent damage to school facilities. The incumbent is expected to establish a rapport with students in order to provide an atmosphere that is safe and conducive to the proper functioning of the school; and to assist students or refer them to proper staff members for assistance with any problems. Work requires the exercise of independent judgment and is performed under the general supervision of the building principal. Does related work as required.
 
Patrols all areas of school buildings and grounds including halls, stairwells, rest rooms, courtyards, entrances and parking lots to prevent trespassing, loitering, and class cutting, and to protect persons and property, maintain order, and assure compliance with all rules and regulations;

Assists students with problems and refers them to proper staff members;
Questions unauthorized persons on or around school premises, advises as to school rules, and either directs visitors to the principal's office, or asks them to leave;
Restrains persons engaged in disorderly conduct;
Reports, to the building principal, any problems, incidents, and conditions affecting the security of the school buildings and grounds so that the building principal can contact the police if necessary;
Assists police in calming disturbances if necessary;
Assists when emergencies occur within the school building;
Watches for illegal drug use and accompanies school administrators on locker searches for drugs, weapons, or explosive devices.
